SOFRIMENTO, EXTERIORIDADE E SUBJETIVIDADE JURÍDICA: ALGUMAS INDAGAÇÕES POLÍTICAS

O presente artigo pretende desenvolver uma associação entre os conceitos de sofrimento, exterioridade e subjetividade jurídica. Para fins de desenvolvimento dessa relação, o artigo recorre aos direitos humanos como fio condutor que permite pensar algumas maneiras pelas quais o sofrimento pode impulsionar importantes transformações sociais que problematizam as narrativas coletivamente compartilhadas, sejam elas referentes à identidade, à etnia, à herança cultural, etc. Através dessas transformações, sustenta o artigo, novas formas de sujeitos, eventos e relações sociais podem surgir, modificando, por vezes radicalmente, as estruturas normativas da política e dos direitos estabelecidos.References
